USA: Dumping duties on certain HFC blends from China was passed today by the US government with its publication in the Federal Register.
The publication follows recent affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission and imposes duties from 101.82% to 216.37%.
The refrigerants covered by the order are and blends containing any of the single components R32, R125, R143a, or R134a. These blends are R404A, R407A, R407C, R410A and R507A (also known as R507).
The single components themselves are excluded from the order. Also excluded from this order are patented intermediate HFC blends, including, but not limited to, Isceon blends, including MO99 (R438A), MO79 (R422A), MO59 (R417A), MO49Plus (R437A) and MO29 (R422D), Genetron Performax LT (R407F), Choice R421A, and Choice R421B.
